ThrillPass is an early-access beta. This is a plain-language placeholder that describes how the product is being built — it is not a substitute for a formal legal document and makes no claim of regulatory compliance. It will be replaced before any public launch.
ThrillPass is designed around data minimisation. When accounts open, we plan to store only:
We do not ask for your real name, address, date of birth, phone number, or any saved precise location.
The “Near Me” feature uses your browser's location only after you explicitly tap it. Coordinates are used in the moment to work out which parks are nearby and are then discarded. We do not build a location history and we never store raw GPS coordinates.
Any analytics will be privacy-friendly and aggregate — counting events like “a park was viewed” without profiling individuals, fingerprinting devices, or feeding advertising networks. Raw location is never part of an analytics event.
The product is being built so that you can export all of your data and permanently delete your account and everything attached to it. Personal data is protected at the database level (row-level security), not just hidden in the interface.
