ThrillPass is an early-access beta. This is a plain-language placeholder that describes how the product is being built — it is not a substitute for a formal legal document and makes no claim of regulatory compliance. It will be replaced before any public launch.

What's in use today

Right now the site is largely static and sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may keep small amounts of local data to remember interface preferences.

When accounts open

Signing in will set a strictly necessary session cookie so the app knows you're logged in. This is required for the product to work and carries no advertising or cross-site tracking.

What we won't do

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
No device fingerprinting.
No selling or sharing of usage data with data brokers.

If non-essential cookies are ever introduced, you'll be asked first and the default will be off.
